SERVICE
1: Recruitment Administration Service
This
service is available to clients who wish to use their own
resources to interview candidates who meet specific selection
criteria. CLEXAN-PEAK PERSONNEL can obtain candidates
by:
A.
Accessing our active skills database. CLEXAN-PEAK PERSONNEL'S
candidate matching system accurately locates eligible potential
candidates via a sophisticated search engine linked to our
database.
B.
Testing the market via advertising (which can be used in addition
to Option A). CLEXAN-PEAK PERSONNEL can assist
with position descriptions, prepare draft results-oriented
advertisements, and place advertisements on a number of job
search sites, including MyCareer, Australian JobSearch, and
our own website.
CLEXAN-PEAK
PERSONNEL supply full cost estimates and recommendations
of suitable advertising mediums. Any final advertising decision
will be made in accordance with your agreement.
SERVICE
2: Shortlisting
Continuing
on from Service 1, a short list of eligible candidates can
be supplied following advertising, by telephone screening.
Telephone screening of eligible candidates can be an inexpensive
method of obtaining a list of candidates who meet the agreed
selection criteria. CLEXAN-PEAK PERSONNEL can
supply a matrix of eligible candidates who have been compared
to each other based on the relevant selection criteria. You
may then decide to interview those who meet all selection
criteria.
This
method is suitable for positions attracting many applications
and can reduce the amount of time your staff is involved in
the recruitment process.
SERVICE
3: Total Recruitment Package
CLEXAN-PEAK
PERSONNEL will systematically interview all eligible
candidates, and objectively assess their skills and experience.
Following this, Work Performance Reports will be obtained
for shortlisted candidates. (Only those who have recently
had direct managerial experience of the candidate are considered
and contacted for Work Performance Reports.)
CLEXAN-PEAK
PERSONNEL'S reference checking service adds value
to the selection process by assisting in determining the depth
of the candidate's claims. Generally, referees are requested
to comment on the candidate's duties, responsibilities, technical
abilities, strengths, weaknesses, personal qualities and achievements,
as well as whether they would re-employ the candidate. All
candidate claims will be assessed in relation to the skills,
industry experience and knowledge, personal qualities and
special requirements relevant to the position.
Report
to the Client
CLEXAN-PEAK
PERSONNEL will provide a detailed report outlining
all or some of the following depending upon relevancy:
- Recommended
candidates
- Reserve
candidates, if required
- Number
of candidates responding to advertisements
- Number
of candidates who have applied for the position

Number of candidates considered not suitable for shortlisting
and reasons for their unsuitability
- Recommended
shortlisted candidates to be considered by you, incorporating
reasons for shortlisting and referee reports.
Assistance
with Your Interview Process
CLEXAN-PEAK
PERSONNEL can provide sample questions and scenarios
if required.
Timing
Generally,
CLEXAN-PEAK PERSONNEL will complete the total
recruitment service within 4 to 8 weeks. Other services will
be completed in a lesser time frame.
NB:
Service 1 and Service 2 will be considerably less than the
rates for Service 3.
Service
Fees
The
fees for permanent appointments are based on the commencing
salary only and are not calculated on such benefits as superannuation
or motor vehicle etc.
Attractive
service fees apply. Please call to discuss.
Pro-rata
fees apply for Clexan-Peak Personnel temporary
staff who take up an offer of contract or permanent appointment
with the client as a result of working with the client on
a temporary assignment.
Guarantee
CLEXAN-PEAK
PERSONNEL'S replacement guarantee applies for 90 days.
