Working closely with project managers and specialist consultants as part of a professional team you will be responsible for managing a number of projects at various stages in the redevelopment process.
 
To be successful in this role you will have a demonstrated understanding of Crown DA processes, and proven experience regarding Development Application Part 4 & 5 of the EP&A Act. Including, knowledge and understanding of the application of Affordable Rental Housing, SEPP and Seniors Living, SEPP policies.
 
Your key responsibilities will include:
 

• Provision of planning advice to a number of State agencies.  
  
• Development assessment.  
  
• Lodgement and management of approvals.
