Our client, a large State government organisation located in Sydney's Inner West are looking for an experineced Auditor - Building Services to join their team.
In this role you will be involved in projects pertaining to the scoping of building maintenance and as such the person they are looking for will need to be/have:
- Degree or Diploma level qualifications in Building Surveying or Building Science.
- At least 5 years experience in the Building Industry, preferably on-site.
- Experience in building surveying or building / property inspections pertaining to Quality Assurance or Pre-Purchase or Condition Survey and the like
- Good people skills preferably with experience in dealing with occupied premises.
- Experience in meeting site audit targets within very tight timeframes and resolving the quality related issues with the Contractors and effectively closing out the quality audit process.
- Good report writing, computer and communication skills.
- Good team player.
This is a contract position and a competitive hourly rate will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
