Clexan-Peak Personnel is an Australian owned Company specialising in the recruitment of temporary, contract and permanent personnel. The principals and consultants have extensive experience in providing and delivering recruitment and personnel services.

The principals are Bruce Exton, Steve Norman and Rick Clyant.

Clexan-Peak Personnel has been operating since 1993 and has proven its ability to meet the needs of Public and Private sectors providing timely, cost-effective and practical recruitment services. We are recognised as a specialist supplier to infrastructure projects focusing within New South Wales and with the capacity to place personnel interstate and overseas.

Based on extensive and successful career experience the company Directors continue to professionally manage their client portfolio whilst maintaining continuous account management through high staff retention.

As a result Clexan-Peak Personnel has a strong referral network of candidates across metropolitan and regional New South Wales, including members of professional bodies such as Engineers Australia.

Clexan-Peak Personnel has been a leading supplier to New South Wales Government departments and agencies for the supply of temporary resources since its inception in 1998 and was re-appointed as a preferred supplier in 2002. As a small medium enterprise our success in direct competition with many larger overseas and Australian owned suppliers is an achievement of which we are extremely proud.
