Clexan-Peak

path. If due to restructuring you have been declared displaced
and have accepted voluntary redundancy, or received a letter
notifying you of your displacement, our Career Counselling
program titled "Planning Your Future" provides for
a smooth transition through the change process for individuals
to once again become an effective member of the workforce.
Our program, "Planning Your Future" is a collaborative
effort between the individual and Clexan-Peak Personnel.
Our action
plan has been designed to assist you in determining possible
future directions, guide you in targeting the right position,
show you how to market yourself including assistance with
resume preparation, refine your job seeking and interview
skills and assist you in assessing the best job offer.
To facilitate
your effectiveness as a member of the workforce, the program
helps you to develop confidence, motivation, self esteem,
market awareness of career possibilities and self awareness
of your own particular skills.
Additional Services
An up-to-date,
comprehensive resume & covering letter is supplied on
a USB flash drive for use in future job applications. Your
resume will be kept in the Clexan-Peak Personnel
database for consideration of possible vacancies and ongoing
advice on future job prospects will be provided.

Personnel have an excellent record for placing people
in professional, technical, management and administrative
positions. We supply to both the Private and Public Sectors
in both contract and permanent positions. We write articles
for national newspapers and have a regular column for Engineers
Australia on Careers Advice.
